♥ Sold! ♥

We officially sold our house on Monday April 30th! This was very exciting because we clearly wanted to sale, but the bad news is we still haven't found a new house for ourselves yet. We have been waiting on a short sale, but it seems that we will wait forever to get an answer on it. In the meantime we have been still looking for a house incase something better comes up before we hear back on the short sale. Until then we are officially homeless. We are temporarily staying with Amy, my employer. She very kindly had taken us in, dogs, bird, and all. The boys love it because they now have pets in the house, infact the 4 years old keeps telling me we can stay forever. Hopefully our next update will be of a new home. For now this chapter is over in our life and a new chapter awaits. It was hard to say goodbye to the house after all the hard work that was put into it, especially knowing that we will likely be starting from square one again and purchasing a home that needs quite a bit of work. Just like this house though, it should hopefully pay off in the end. Anyways.. just wanted to post an update.
